Guide left 5 minutes earlier and didn´t answer his phone, so we had to spend 300 USD for hotel and had to stay overnight 200 miles away from Vegas. After more than 12 months, the company is still refusing to refund or compensate us.
Do not book with them.

Took a tour with you guys once. Never again. Worst experience in my whole entire life. Nearly had an anxiety attack. Your customer service did nothing but hang up the phone and your tour guides were nothing but trash. I will be letting everyone know how awful your tours are. Thank you for nothing and we will never be booking with you again.

I was on this site to look for pricing for a hotel. The price was not high or the lowest. When I went back to the website on a different day, I couldn't lookup the dates i wanted, which was 13 months away. After playing with the website, I found another section to look for hotel prices. It was weird. As far as the tours on the site, pricing seems reasonable. I would come back again to compare theme parks. I'm giving it a 3 stars because of the hotel search issue

This is the worst travel agency to deal with. Their costumer care is the most useless in all. I had book a 9-day tour to this agency and the package should include a transfer after the tour. On the day I needed the transfer the responds was:

We have tried to call the tour operator at xxxxxx, however, no one is on duty on weekend. Please arrange your own transportation from the tour hotel. We are unable to arrange the drop-off service for you now.

How would feel about that? I would suggest you book your itinerary directly to the local operator and you can save much more and not to deal with this unnecessary BS.

This company offers reasonable tours to Yellowstone the only problem is they do not specify that the tour is geared to Chinese speaking clients. There were only 6 English speaking clients and the tour guide slept through most of the tour and his English was difficult to understand. All the reviews are in English but I believe they were translated.
